There are 2 ways to open an account:

1.  In Person
You can choose to visit our head office to complete the application forms.
Please visit us with the following supporting documents:
- Identity card (for Indonesians, Permanent Residents)
- Passport (for Foreigners)

2.   By mail or call us for documents pick-up
You can download, complete the forms and mail them together with the supporting documents to us. Or call us for documents pick-up after completing the forms.
